Can I cancel or change an order, or return or exchange what arrives?

Because every item is made to order, we cannot accept cancellations after your order is complete, or returns and exchanges for reasons of personal preference. If your item arrives with a manufacturing fault — damage, a printing defect, or the wrong item — we will remake or exchange it free of charge right away.

Every product we make is built to order, one at a time, by craftspeople working from the photo you send. Because of that, a few points apply.

Q. Can I cancel or change my order after placing it?

Once your order is complete (or once you have submitted the dedicated form), we begin designing and sourcing materials straight away, so we cannot accept cancellations, product changes or quantity changes for reasons of personal preference. Please check your order details and photo carefully before proceeding.

Q. Can I return the item or get a refund?

Because each piece is made to order from your own photo, we cannot accept returns, refunds or exchanges for reasons of personal preference such as "it wasn't what I pictured" or "I no longer need it". Thank you for understanding.

Q. What if my item arrives faulty — damaged, badly printed, or the wrong item?

We ship under thorough quality control, but if your item does arrive scratched, damaged, badly printed, or is simply not what you ordered, we will deal with it immediately.

  • What to do:Contact us within 7 days of delivery through the inquiry form or by Instagram DM. Once we have checked the condition, we arrange a free remake (or exchange for the correct item) right away.
  • When you contact us:Attaching a photo of the fault helps us check the situation and respond quickly.
