We can ship directly to a friend's or family member's home. No delivery note or invoice showing the price is ever enclosed, and the shipping label carries both your name and PET DOT SHOP. Gift wrapping in our original paper is available from $4, so please make use of it.
Many of our customers order as a present or for an anniversary. Even when we send directly to the recipient, everything is set up so you can order with confidence.
Q. Can you ship directly to a friend's or family member's home?
Yes. When you complete the dedicated form during your order, enter the recipient's address as the delivery address and we will deliver straight there. The shipping label shows both your name and PET DOT SHOP.
Q. Will an invoice or delivery note showing the price be enclosed?
Never. To stay paperless and to make gifting easy, we do not enclose any delivery note or invoice showing prices. Your order details and receipt are sent to you by email (issued electronically) when you order.
Q. Do you offer gift wrapping or a message card?
Gift wrapping is available. We offer wrapping in PET DOT SHOP's own quality paper, from $4. Unfortunately we cannot include a message card. If you are planning a surprise and are unsure how to get a photo without them knowing — from their social media posts, or through another family member — please feel free to ask us.
