A pet is family. A made-to-order item designed from your dog or cat brings a smile the moment the box is opened. For birthdays, adoption anniversaries, Mother's Day and Father's Day, Christmas, a surprise for a friend, or a memorial gift for a companion who has crossed the rainbow bridge. Each piece is finished with care by our craftspeople at our own atelier in Tokyo.
The essentials before you buy a gift
From order to delivery
Choose an item and check out
Pick the item you want to give and complete checkout. To send it straight to the recipient, enter their address as the delivery address. If you would like paid wrapping, add "Gift wrapping" to your cart as well.
Send your photo through our form
Using the dedicated form in the confirmation email you receive right after checkout, upload a photo of their pet and choose your preferred background color and layout.
Review the design (one free revision)
Your dedicated designer sends you a design proposal. This is the stage to request small adjustments to color or placement.
Made and shipped from our atelier
Once the design is approved, our craftspeople finish it by hand at our own atelier in Tokyo and ship it to the address you specify.
Gift wrapping (optional)
We wrap your gift in kraft paper of our own design, protected by a clear sleeve to guard against moisture in transit.

"Together / 1 parcel" means everything in your order wrapped as one (choose this for a single item too). "Separately" means specific items wrapped apart from the rest — for example, pajamas for one person and a key case for another. Add "Gift wrapping" to your cart when you order.
Making it in time for the date
Standard delivery is about 4 weeks from the day you complete our form. If you are in a hurry, rush options are available (2 weeks, 1 week, or shipping in as little as 72 hours). Spend $66 or more and choose delivery with bonus, and the 2-week rush and shipping are both free.

These are guidelines for completing the form, not for placing the order. Each already allows a week for delivery. Rush options refer to days until shipping; delivery then takes 1–3 days depending on the region. We confirm the exact delivery date once the design is approved.

One smartphone photo is enough
Designed so the surprise stays a surprise
"I want to make it secretly, but I don't have many photos…" — that's no problem. A single photo posted on their social media, or one sent to you in a message, is enough. Our dedicated designers cut out the background, brighten dark photos and adjust the tone of the fur entirely by hand, so you can prepare the perfect surprise without them knowing.

Even if you don't know their exact clothing size, our fully elasticated pajama waistbands and our leather goods and accessories, which need no size at all, make it hard to get wrong.
Made by hand, one at a time, in Tokyo
Quality built by Japanese craftspeople
It starts with a dedicated designer creating an original pattern from your photo, one piece at a time, and continues through printing onto the fabric, cutting, machine sewing and finishing — every step carried out by hand by Japanese staff at our own atelier in Meguro, Tokyo (Makers' Base Tokyo). This is not a simple print onto a ready-made product.

Nothing showing the price is enclosed
Whether the order is a gift or for yourself, we never enclose a delivery note, receipt or anything else showing the price. The sender field on the shipping label carries your name and address, so sending directly to someone far away is worry-free.
