What payment methods can I use, and can I get a receipt?

Payment is normally by credit card. If you run into trouble at checkout or would like to pay by bank transfer, please get in touch through our inquiry form. We do not offer cash on delivery or other offline payment methods. Receipts are issued electronically by default; if you would prefer a paper receipt, we can enclose one with your item.

So that you can shop with confidence, here is how payment and receipts work.

Q. What payment methods can I use?

Normally,payment is by credit card. Choose the item you want and continue straight through from the cart screen.

  • Accepted:Credit cards (VISA / Mastercard / JCB / American Express and others)
  • Not accepted:Cash on delivery and other offline payment methods are not available.

If any of the following applies, please contact us through the inquiry form on our site ("here").

  • Payment will not go through (the purchase button does not respond, an error appears, and so on)
  • No confirmation message or email arrives after payment
  • You would like to pay by bank transfer

Q. Can you issue a receipt?

Yes. For environmental reasons we issue receipts electronically by default (by email or similar), buton request we will issue a paper receipt and enclose it with your item.

If you would like a paper receipt, just let us know when you order or in the notes field of the dedicated form.

Q. When is my payment taken?

Payment is taken immediately when you complete your order. If you pay by bank transfer (arranged with us in advance), the dedicated form, design work and production all begin once we have confirmed your payment.
