What happens after I order, and how do I send my photo?

After payment, you upload your photo and tell us your design preferences (added text, placement and so on) through a dedicated form. Once the form is submitted, a designer sends you the first proposal, usually by Instagram DM (or by email). Production starts once you have reviewed it and replied.
From completed order to delivery, the steps are clearly laid out so you never have to wonder what comes next.
Q. What happens after my order is complete?
After your purchase, we proceed as follows.
- Complete the dedicated form:Using the dedicated form shown on screen after payment, upload your photo and tell us the details such as any added text.
- Check the automatic confirmation email:A confirmation email is sent automatically as soon as you submit the form.
- Message us on Instagram:Once you have checked the email, send us a message on Instagram to say your submission is complete (if you prefer email, we are happy to correspond that way).
- Review the first proposal:Usually within two weeks of your form submission, a designer sends you the finished design image.
- Reply to confirm, and production begins:Once you have reviewed the design image and replied that everything is fine, we make and ship your item.
Q. What if the automatic confirmation email doesn't arrive?
Please check your spam folder first. Some email providers filter automated mail by default. Check your domain-filtering settings, or simply contact us directly by Instagram DM.
Q. Do you contact me by Instagram DM or by email?
As a rule we recommend Instagram DM, which is smoother and has fewer size limits.
We are happy to correspond by email if you prefer, but email apps often have attachment size limits and image errors, so we recommend Instagram DM wherever possible.
