How do I review the design, request changes, or specify what I want?

Once the design is ready, we send you the finished image, usually by Instagram DM (or by email). One revision is free (background colour, photo orientation, text content and similar). From the second revision onward, and for larger changes such as swapping the photo, a fee of $7–$10 per item applies.

So that you are genuinely happy with your piece, you review the design before we go into production.

Q. How do I review the design after ordering?

After you complete the dedicated form following your purchase, a designer sends you the first proposal (the finished design image).

  • How we contact you:As a rule, by Instagram DM (or by email).
  • When to expect the first proposal:Usually within two weeks of completing the form. If you have chosen a paid rush option, we work to that schedule instead.
  • What we ask of you:Please review the design and reply to confirm, even if everything looks right. Production begins once we have your reply.

Q. What are the rules for revisions and changes?

After you have seen the first proposal, revisions are handled as follows.

Free revision (once) Change of background colour / photo orientation and size / text content
From the second revision onward, $7 per item.
Chargeable revision ($10 per item) Swapping the photo itself (changing the subject) / changing the layout or assignment / changing the crop (full body ↔ head only, and similar)

Even if you left it to us or made no specific request in the form, the changes above are chargeable once the first proposal has been sent — so please think carefully about your photo and your preferences beforehand.

Q. What if I want their name added, or an option that costs extra?

Added text, extra photos and other options are all available.

  • Added text and extra subjects:Request them in the form when you order. If a design surcharge applies, we send a payment form along with the design proposal.
  • If we need to check something:If we need to confirm anything about the image quality or your order, we contact you before creating the design. Please note that a slow reply pushes the delivery schedule back.
