Standard delivery is about 4 weeks after the design is approved. If you are in a hurry, rush options shorten this to 2 weeks, 1 week, or shipping in as little as 72 hours. Orders of $66 or more also ship free and are shortened to 2-week shipping at no additional charge.
Because each piece is made by hand, one at a time, we normally ask for around 4 weeks. For anniversaries, birthdays and other deadlines, we also offer flexible rush options.
Q. How long does standard delivery take?
About 4 weeks from completed payment to dispatch. That assumes two things: that you have completed the dedicated form including sending your photo, and that you reply promptly once we send you the design proposal. Any delay in either pushes delivery back accordingly.
Q. Can you ship quickly so it arrives for an anniversary or birthday?
Yes. We offer paid rush options and can shorten the schedule to suit you. Note that the times below are dispatch dates, not arrival dates; delivery takes an extra 1–2 days depending on the region.
