[Smartphone compatibility range]
It can be used with any manufacturer as long as the dimensions are within 190mm (height) x 120mm (width) x 8mm (thickness). It will work without any problems unless it is an exceptionally large size like the iPhone series or Android series.

*This case is compatible with the iPhone 12 Pro Max (160mm x 80mm x 8mm), the largest iPhone in the series to date. While it should generally fit most smartphone cases, if you have a smartphone that exceeds the above dimensions, please contact us separately. We will check if it is compatible.

[design]
The design will be carried out in the following three items.

The detailed conditions for each item are listed below. All requests will be entered via a form after payment is completed.

[subject]
The subject is "the image you provide, cropped to your desired extent." After cropping, it will be designed with a dot pattern. Details regarding the subject are below.

◯ Photo quality
Photos with a resolution of 300dpi or higher are sufficient. Smartphone photos are generally fine. Even taking photos of old paper photos with your smartphone is generally acceptable.

Number of subjects
You can use one or two subjects. Choose one subject from a single photograph. As a general rule, one subject is limited to one pet. For example, you cannot crop two pets that are snuggling together and treat them as one subject (in that case, it will be treated as two subjects).

◯ Cutting out the subject
You can specify your desired cropping area. Choose from "Full body / Face only / Leave it to us / Other (free choice)". The designer will crop according to your request.

◯ How to arrange the subject
When there are two subjects, there are three possible arrangements:

① 1:1 arrangement
Place the two subjects evenly and alternately. Recommended if you like both subjects.

② 3 vs 1 arrangement
Arrange the two subjects in a 3:1 ratio. This is recommended if you particularly like one of the subjects.

③ Single-point placement
One subject is placed across the entire surface, with another subject placed in just one spot within it. Generally, this is in the upper right or lower right corner when viewed from the front (the exact position cannot be specified). The same subject is also placed on the fastener of the included string. Recommended for those who like designs with a "actually, it's here..." kind of feel.

* If there is only one subject, there is no option to choose the arrangement method. Even if there are three or more additional subjects, there is no option to choose the arrangement method; all arrangements will be "1:1 arrangement".

* You can also choose to have the cropping/arrangement method left to the camera.

[Base color]
Please choose one color from the 20 colors we have available. Please refer to the photos for guidance.

[Hardware color]
Choose one color from two options: gold or silver. Please refer to the photos for guidance.
This refers to the color of the zipper hardware.

After payment is complete, you will receive a "dedicated form" in which you will enter your preferences for the above items. Once you have completed the form, a dedicated designer will create a design based on the information you provide. The design will be "well-balanced and reflect your intentions," but please note that detailed communication and changes after completion are not possible.
We will contact you for confirmation once the design is complete. At that time, you can request one revision . If you wish to make any changes, please let us know.

*The samples displayed on the website were photographed under " daylight white " lighting. The appearance of colors will differ under "incandescent/daylight" lighting. Please check beforehand.

[Payment]

[Delivery Time]
Standard delivery is 4 weeks. Rush delivery is available at an additional cost:
