[design]
The design will consist of the following four items:

◯Format

From here, you will specify the detailed conditions for each item. All desired details will be entered into the form after payment.

[subject]
The subject is "the desired area cut out from the photo you provided." You can use one photo/one subject. Please refer to the following for the photos you should send.

Photo quality
A photo with a resolution of 300 dpi or higher is sufficient. If you take a photo with a smartphone, there is generally no problem. Also, taking a photo of old paper with a smartphone is also generally no problem.

◯ Number of subjects
Use one subject. Choose one subject from one photo. As a general rule, one subject can only be one pet. For example, you cannot cut out two pets together and count them as one subject (in that case, it will be treated as two subjects and an additional fee will be charged).

◯Cut out the subject
You can specify the desired crop area. Choose from "Full body/Face only/Leave it to us/Other (free response)." The designer will crop it according to your preference.

◯ How to position the subject
Your photo will be placed in the center of the design as a focal point. The design, including the text, will be adjusted to maximize the printable area.

Choose one of four formats.

The text information required for the design is as follows. For normal format only, the only required information is the name. For other formats, all information will be used in the design.

Number of characters: 10 characters or less
Characters: Alphabet/Uppercase

◯Gender
Characters: HE / SHE / THEY
*If it's THEY, change IS > ARE

◯Type
Characters: DOG / CAT / BABY or any animal species
*Free description is also possible other than the above

Year of birth
Characters: SINCE ○○○○>Gregorian calendar

*The font of the text is fixed and cannot be selected.
*Select the design position based on the text content/length
*You can freely change the entire text for an additional fee ($7 + tax). Please let us know when you send us the photo. We will provide you with separate instructions.

[Placement]
Select one print position from three different layouts.

[Fabric color]
Choose from the following five types. Each fabric color has a design color setting.

Black
Brown
◯Charcoal
◯Burgundy
◯ Ivy Green

After payment is complete, you will be sent a "special form" where you can enter your desired details for the above items. Once you have completed the form, our dedicated designer will create a design based on the information you entered. We will create a "balanced design based on your intentions," but please note that we cannot accept detailed requests or make changes after the design is completed.
Once the design is complete, we will contact you to confirm. You will be allowed to make one revision at a time . If you wish to make any changes, please contact us at that time.

*The samples on the website were photographed under " daylight white " lighting. The color may appear different under "incandescent white/daylight white" lighting. Please check in advance.

[Payment]
We accept credit card payments. Please select your desired product and proceed through the cart. If you experience any of the following issues, please contact us via this link.

[Delivery Time]
Standard delivery is 4 weeks. Rush delivery is available at an additional cost:

◯ $25 + tax → 1 week
◯ $40 + tax → 72 hours
