[design]
The design will be carried out according to the following five items.

The detailed conditions for each item are listed below. All requests will be entered via a form after payment is completed.

[subject]
The subject is " the image you provide, cropped to your desired extent ." Only one photo and one subject can be used. Please refer to the following for details on the photos you should send.

◯Photo quality
Photos with a resolution of 300dpi or higher are sufficient. Smartphone photos are generally fine. Even taking photos of old paper photos with your smartphone is generally acceptable.

Number of subjects
We use one subject. You select one subject from one photograph. As a general rule, one subject is limited to one pet. For example, you cannot crop two pets that are snuggled together and treat them as one subject (in that case, it will be treated as two subjects, and an additional fee will apply).

◯ Cutting out the subject
You can specify your desired cropping area. Choose from "Full body / Face only / Leave it to us / Other (free choice)". The designer will crop according to your request.

◯ How to arrange the subject
We will place the photo you provided as a single point of emphasis in the center of the design. We will adjust the design, including the text, to maximize the printable area.

[character]
The following text information is required for the design. For the normal format only, only the name is needed. For other formats, all information will be used in the design.

Name
Character limit: 10 characters or less
Characters: Alphabet/Uppercase

◯Gender
Letters: HE / SHE / THEY
*In the case of THEY, change IS > ARE

◯Type
Text: One of the animal species, such as DOG / CAT / BABY
*Free-form text is also permitted for anything other than the above.

Year of birth
Text: SINCE ○○○○> Western calendar year notation

*The font for each character is fixed and cannot be selected.
*The design position is selected based on the text content and length.
* For an additional fee ($7 + tax), you can freely change the entire text . Please inform our staff when sending your photos. We will provide further details.

[Fabric color]
Choose one color from four available fabric colors.

◯ White
◯ Mixed Gray
◯ Acid Blue
◯ Sand Beige (NEW!)

*The print finish will be affected by the fabric color. Especially with white subjects, the fabric color will have a significant impact (white ink will not be used for printing). Please refer to the samples and select your desired fabric color.

* The XL/XXL sizes in mixed gray are currently out of stock and are expected to be restocked in mid-February . Please note that regardless of the delivery date you select, delivery will be after February 20th.

[Placement]
Select one print location from three different layouts.

◯Front
◯Back
◯ Chest

After payment is complete, you will receive a "dedicated form" in which you will enter your preferences for the above items. Once you have completed the form, a dedicated designer will create a design based on the information you provide. The design will be "well-balanced and reflect your intentions," but please note that detailed communication and changes after completion are not possible.
We will contact you for confirmation once the design is complete. At that time, you can request one revision . If you wish to make any changes, please let us know.

*The samples displayed on the website were photographed under " daylight white " lighting. The appearance of colors will differ under "incandescent/daylight" lighting. Please check beforehand.

[Payment]
We accept credit card payments. Please select your desired product and proceed through the cart. If you experience any of the following issues, please contact us via this link.

[Delivery Time]
Standard delivery is 4 weeks. Rush delivery is available at an additional cost:

◯ $25 + tax → 1 week
◯ $40 + tax → 72 hours

[Shipping Fee]
A flat shipping fee applies for international delivery.
