[Design]
The design consists of the following 3 elements.

◯ Subject
◯ Text
◯ Fabric color

The detailed conditions for each item are described below. All your preferences are entered via a form after payment.


[Subject]
The "subject" is the desired area cut out from the photo you provide. You can use 1 photo / 1 subject. Please refer to the following regarding the photo you send.

◯ Photo quality
A photo of at least 300 dpi is sufficient. Photos taken with a smartphone are generally fine. Old paper photos re-shot with a smartphone can usually also be handled.

◯ Number of subjects
One subject is used. One subject is selected from one photo. In principle, one subject corresponds to one pet. For example, two pets that are touching cannot be cut out together as one subject (in that case it counts as 2 subjects and an additional fee applies).

◯ Cropping the subject
You can specify the desired crop area. Choose from "full body / face only / leave it to us / other (free text)". The designer will crop according to your preference.

◯ Subject layout
Your photo is placed as an accent in the center of the design. The overall design including text is adjusted to the largest size that fits the printable area.

＊ Additional subjects can be added for $9.90 each. Regarding adding subjects, please inform our staff when sending your photo after completing the regular payment.


[Text]
The text information required for the design is as follows.

◯ Name
Characters: up to 10
Type: Latin letters / uppercase

◯ Sub text
Characters: up to 10
Type: Latin letters or Japanese
Content: free. Suggestions include "きゅんきゅん！" or "LOVE LOVE".

◯ Category
Text: one of DOG / CAT / BABY or another animal type
＊ Free text other than the above is also possible

◯ Year of birth
Text: Debut. ◯◯◯◯ / in Western calendar

＊ The font for each text is fixed and cannot be selected
＊ The design position is chosen based on the text content and length
＊ For an additional fee ($9.90), the entire wording can be freely changed. Please inform our staff when sending your photo; we will guide you separately.


[Fabric color]
Choose from 5 options. This is the color of the garment / design.

◯ Black
◯ Pastel blue
◯ Pink
◯ Melon
◯ White

＊ Printing is done in the coloring shown in the samples
＊ Only white has a slightly different print texture
＊ All print positions are on the front only

[Payment]

[Delivery Time]
Standard delivery is 4 weeks. Rush delivery is available at an additional cost:

[Shipping Fee]
A flat shipping fee applies for international delivery.
