Regarding the quality of the photos
Photos taken with a smartphone are generally acceptable. However, please avoid blurry, shaky, out-of-focus, or dark photos. Our staff will review the content before designing. If we determine that a photo is unsuitable, we will contact you separately to discuss alternative photos.
Regarding cutting out the subject
Only the subject's face can be embroidered. Our designer will cut out the image from your photo, so it's okay if other parts of the photo are visible. The larger the face is visible, the better the finished product will look. Also, text and logos cannot be embroidered.
◯ How to arrange the subject
We will place the photo you provide as a single design element in the center of the front. The embroidery will be adjusted horizontally to a maximum vertical size of 4.5cm , making it as large as possible. Please note that we cannot accommodate requests to make the subject appear smaller, as this would likely result in an inadequate design.
* Additional subjects can be added for $20 + tax per subject . To add subjects, please inform the person in charge when you receive the photos after completing the regular payment. Please note that if you add two subjects, they will be placed side by side, and if you add three or more subjects, they will be added vertically. Details will be adjusted while reviewing the design proposal.
