[Design]
The design consists of the following 4 elements.

The detailed conditions for each item are described below. All your preferences are entered via a form after payment.


[Subject]
The "subject" is the full body cut out from the photo you provide. After cutting out, it is arranged into the design. Details about the subject are below.

◯ Photo quality
A photo of at least 300 dpi is sufficient. Photos taken with a smartphone are generally fine. Old paper photos re-shot with a smartphone can usually also be handled.

◯ Number of subjects
You can use 1 or 2 subjects. One subject is selected from one photo. In principle, one subject corresponds to one pet. For example, two pets that are touching cannot be cut out together as one subject (in that case it counts as 2 subjects).

◯ Cropping the subject
The standard crop is the full body. If you would like a different crop, please consult the designer in charge. The designer will crop according to your preference.

◯ Subject layout
The chosen subject is arranged in halves to complete the design. Specifically, it is placed left/right or top/bottom so that roughly 40-60% of the subject is visible on one side. Once one side is decided, the other side is arranged in the same way.

[Background color]
Choose 1 color from the 20 available. Please refer to the photos when choosing.


[Text color]
As with the background color, choose 1 color from the 20 available. Please refer to the photos when choosing.
＊ If the combination with the background color makes it hard to read, the designer may consult you. Thank you for your understanding.


[Metal color]
Choose 1 color from 2 options: gold or silver. Please refer to the photos when choosing. This is the color of the zipper hardware.


After payment, you will enter your preferences for the above items in the dedicated form we send you. Once submitted, a dedicated designer will create the design based on your input. We design "with good balance, respecting your intent", but detailed back-and-forth and changes after completion are not possible. Thank you for your understanding. Once the design is complete, we will contact you to confirm. At that time, one revision is possible. If you would like changes, please let us know then.

Standard delivery is 4 weeks. Rush delivery is available at an additional cost:
