[Design]
The design consists of the following 4 elements.

Below are the details for each element. All preferences will be submitted via a form after payment.

[Subject (Photo)]
The subject refers to "the image cropped to your desired area from the photo you provide." You may use 1 photo / 1 subject. Please refer to the following guidelines when submitting your photo.

◯ Photo quality
A photo with 300 dpi or higher resolution is sufficient. Photos taken with a smartphone are generally fine. Even a smartphone photo of an old printed photo can usually be used without issues.

◯ Number of subjects
1 subject is used per design. One subject is selected from one photo. In principle, 1 subject corresponds to 1 pet. For example, two pets closely together cannot be cropped as a single subject (this would count as 2 subjects and incur an additional fee).

◯ Subject cropping
You can specify the cropping area. Choose from "Full body / Face only / Designer's choice / Other (free text)." The designer will crop according to your preference.

◯ Subject placement
Your photo will be placed as a focal point in the center of the design. The design, including text, will be adjusted to the maximum size within the printable area.

[Text]
The following text information is needed for the design. For the Normal format, only the name is required. Other formats use all information in the design.

Characters: Up to 10
Format: Alphabet / uppercase

◯ Gender
Options: HE / SHE / THEY
* If THEY is selected, IS will be changed to ARE

◯ Species
Options: DOG / CAT / BABY, etc.
* Custom entries are also accepted

◯ Birth year
Format: SINCE ○○○○ (in Western calendar)

* Fonts for each text element are fixed and cannot be changed
* Design placement is adjusted based on text content and length
* For an additional $7 + tax, you can fully customize all text. Please let us know when submitting your photo, and we will provide further details.

[Placement]
Choose 1 print position from 3 options.

[Fabric Color]
Choose from 5 color options (fabric color / design color).

After payment, we will send you a dedicated form to submit your preferences for the above options. Once completed, a dedicated designer will create your design based on your input. We will design with your intentions in mind for a balanced result, but please note that detailed back-and-forth or post-completion changes are not available.
After the design is complete, we will contact you for confirmation. At that time, one revision is available. Please let us know if you have any changes at that point.

* Sample photos on the website were taken under natural daylight lighting. Colors may appear different under warm or cool-toned lighting.

* The Mint / Pink option is currently out of stock in size XL only. It is expected to be available again from early September.

After payment is confirmed, your order will proceed as follows:

[Delivery Time]
Standard delivery is 4 weeks. Rush delivery is available at an additional cost:

◯ $15 + tax → 2 weeks
◯ $25 + tax → 1 week
◯ $40 + tax → 72 hours

＊ The above dates refer to the "shipping date," not the "arrival date."

[Shipping Fee]
A flat shipping fee applies for international delivery.

[Gift Wrapping]
