Add embroidery product subject

You can add subjects for an additional fee. For example, you can have a design featuring all four of your pets. If you wish to add subjects, please proceed with the payment process on this page.

[About the subject]
The subject is " the image you provide, cropped to your desired extent ." After cropping, we will design it. Details regarding the subject are below.

◯ Photo quality
Photos with a resolution of 300dpi or higher are sufficient. Smartphone photos are generally fine. Even taking photos of old paper photos with your smartphone is generally acceptable.

◯ Scope of handling of the subject
Select one subject from each photograph. Generally, one subject should be one pet. For example, you cannot crop two pets that are snuggling together and treat them as one subject (in that case, they would be treated as two subjects).

◯ Subject cropping area
You can specify your desired cropping area. Choose from "Full body/Face only/Leave it to us/Other (free choice)". Our designers will crop according to your preference. Please note that for embroidered items, only "Face only" is available as a selection option.

[Basic Rules]
Each product has a set number of subjects that can be used within the basic fee. It's either 1 or 2 subjects. The number of subjects available for that product is indicated in the "Subjects" section of the product page. Please check the product page for your desired item.

[Additional Rules]
The rules for adding subjects are as follows: Additional charges vary depending on whether it is a "printed product" where the design is printed onto the fabric, or an "embroidered product" where the design is embroidered onto the fabric.

◯ Printed products
• Price: ¥1,500 + tax per subject • Maximum: 10 subjects (8 additional subjects)
Type: No restrictions

◯ Embroidered products
• Price: ¥3,000 + tax per subject • Maximum: 5 subjects (3 additional subjects)
• Type: Any type of subject is acceptable, but only faces should be cut out.

* All items without "Embroidery" in the product name are printed products. * Combinations of different dog breeds such as Chihuahua/French Bulldog/Shiba Inu are possible. * Toys and other items can be added.

[Special Rules]
If all three of the following conditions are met, you can increase the number of subjects per product without additional charge (subjects will be shared between products).

Purchase two or more items.
◯ All purchased items use the "same subject".
◯ All purchased items are "printed items".
The following are specific examples.

Case Study 1
* I want to use a total of 4 subjects. * I want to purchase 2 items: a cosmetic pouch and a coin purse. * I want to use the same 4 subjects for both purchased items.
No additional charge

This is because the basic fee for the cosmetic pouch allows you to use two subjects, and the basic fee for the coin purse allows you to use two subjects, for a total of four subjects. By combining these and designing them, the total number of subjects is not increased.

Case Study 2
* I want to use a total of 6 subjects. * I will purchase 3 items: a sweatshirt, an eco bag, and a key case. * I want to use the same 6 subjects for all 3 purchased items.

> Available for an additional charge of ¥1,650.

This means that you can use a total of 5 subjects: 1 subject for the basic price of a sweatshirt, 2 subjects for the basic price of an eco bag, and 2 subjects for the basic price of a key case. 6-5=1, so by paying the remaining 1 subject (¥1,650), a total of 6 subjects will be covered.

However, as mentioned above, embroidered items are an exception. The special rules cannot be applied to embroidered items.
