◯ Subject
The detailed conditions are listed below. You will need to enter your preferences in the form after payment.

The subject is "the image you provide, cropped to your desired extent." Only one photo and one subject can be used. Please refer to the following for details on the photos you should send.
Regarding the quality of the photos
Photos with a resolution of 300dpi or higher are sufficient. Smartphone photos are generally fine. However, please avoid blurry, shaky, out-of-focus, or dark photos. Our staff will review the content before designing. If we determine that a photo is unsuitable, we will contact you separately to discuss alternative photos or other options.
Number of subjects
Use one subject. Select one subject from one photograph. As a general rule, one subject should be one pet. For example, you cannot cut out two pets that are snuggling together and treat them as one subject.
◯ Cutting out the subject
Only the subject's face can be embroidered. Our designer will cut out the image from your photo, so it's okay if other parts of the photo are visible. The larger the face is visible, the better the finished product will look. Also, text and logos cannot be embroidered.
◯ How to arrange the subject
We will place the photo you provide as a small design element on the left side of the chest area on the front of the garment. The embroidery will be adjusted horizontally to a maximum vertical size of 4.5cm , making it as large as possible. Please note that we cannot accommodate requests to make the subject appear smaller, as this would likely result in an inadequate design.

Please note that if you wish to add more subjects, two subjects will be placed side-by-side, and three or more subjects will be added vertically. Further details will be adjusted while reviewing the design proposal.
After payment is complete, you will receive a "dedicated form" in which you will enter your preferences for the above items. Once you have completed the form, a dedicated designer will create a design based on the information you provide. The design will be "well-balanced and reflect your intentions," but please note that detailed communication and changes after completion are not possible.
We will contact you for confirmation once the design is complete. At that time, you can request one revision . If you wish to make any changes, please let us know.
*The samples displayed on the website were photographed under " daylight white " lighting. The appearance of colors will differ under "incandescent/daylight" lighting. Please check beforehand.

Standard delivery is 4 weeks. Rush delivery is available at an additional cost:
