Regarding delivery dates

[Standard delivery date]
Normally, it takes 3-4 weeks after payment is received . If communication proceeds smoothly, delivery should generally be completed within that timeframe without any problems.


[Reduced delivery time]
The following three types of delivery time reductions are available for an additional fee.

◯¥1,500 + tax > 2 weeks
◯¥3,000 + tax > 1 week
◯¥4,500 + tax > 72 hours

[Arrival date and regional differences]
Delivery times vary depending on the region.

For deliveries within the Honshu region, delivery usually takes one day from the shipping date. For the following regions, delivery may take additional days.

◯ Hokkaido/Shikoku/Kyushu: +1 day
Okinawa/Remote Islands: +2 days


[Potential delivery delays]
Please note that your order may be delayed in the following cases.

◯ After payment is completed, there is a delay in entering specifications/submitting photos.
◯ After submitting a design proposal, there was a delay in receiving a response.
Unavoidable delivery problems such as bad weather.
