Regarding delivery dates

[Standard delivery date]
Normally, it takes 3–4 weeks from the completion of your specification form and photo submission . If communication proceeds smoothly, delivery should generally be completed within that timeframe without any problems.


[Reduced delivery time]
The following three types of delivery time reductions are available for an additional fee.

◯$14 > 2 weeks
◯$27 > 1 week
◯$40 > 72 hours

[Arrival date]
All orders are shipped from Japan by EMS international mail. Delivery times may vary depending on your region and local customs processing.


[Potential delivery delays]
Please note that your order may be delayed in the following cases.

◯ After payment is completed, there is a delay in entering specifications/submitting photos.
◯ After submitting a design proposal, there was a delay in receiving a response.
Unavoidable delivery problems such as bad weather.
