[① Ordering and Payment]
First, add your desired items to your cart and complete the payment.

[② Specifications input and photo submission]
Immediately after payment, you will receive a dedicated form via automated email. Please follow the instructions to enter your desired specifications and submit photos .

*If you do not receive an email within one hour of payment, and it is not in your spam folder, please contact us via the inquiry form.

[③ Confirmation of submitted content]
Immediately after entering your information, you will receive an automated email to confirm your entries. Please review the email, and if everything is correct, your submission will be complete.

*If you do not receive an email within one hour of submitting your information, and it has not been filtered into your spam folder, please contact us via the inquiry form.

[④ Design Confirmation]
You will receive a proposal from a designer via DM or email within two weeks of submitting your design. If the deadline is shortened due to paid extensions or special offers, we will send you a proposal earlier accordingly. Please review the design promptly and reply once you receive it.

*We will only begin production after receiving confirmation from the customer. We will not proceed with production before this. Please note that if confirmation takes time, the delivery date will be delayed accordingly.

[⑤ Delivery]
Once the designer is confirmed, we will inform you of the estimated delivery date. If there are no problems up to that point, we will proceed with the delivery date selected at the time of purchase.

If you choose direct message (DM), we will contact you again after your item has been shipped. If you prefer email communication, you will not receive this message.

Once the product arrives safely in your hands, the delivery will be complete.
